Lost/Stolen Card Notification: If I/we believe the card, the account number, the PIN, or any combination of the three has been lost or stolen or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from the Share Draft Account or other account without permission, I/we will immediately call the Credit Union at (304) 768-5700. On weekends or after hours, I/we will call 1-800-472-3272 to reach the card processor, Fiserv.

Lost/Stolen Card Notification: You agree to notify us immediately orally or in writing, at 1830 Roxalana Rd, Dunbar, WV 25064 or telephone 800-808-7230 Monday through Friday 7:30 A.M. to 9 P.M. Eastern Time or 800-991-4964 seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day, of the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your credit card. You may be liable for the unauthorized use of your credit card. You will not be liable for unauthorized use that occurs after you notify us of the loss, theft, or possible unauthorized use. However, if you exercise reasonable care in safeguarding your card from risk of loss or theft and, upon discovering the loss or theft promptly report the loss or theft to us. You will not be liable for any unauthorized transactions. In any case, your liability will not exceed $50.00
